TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. I take payment via Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or through Ko-fi!

  2. Payment is due upfront. However, I can be negotiated if wanting to split payment (in which I will stop before the lineart stage) or discussed otherwise.

  3. My prices are always subject to change.

  4. You may request a couple lineart changes for free but multiple with many changes will require compensation (especially if after the initial sketch is approved).

  5. Always credit me for my art. You may use the art for both personal and commercial use.

  6. By commissioning me you agree to these terms and allow me to post your commission on my socials and use it for future examples.

  7. I have the right to deny any commission I feel uncomfortable with or any person I feel uncomfortable with.

REFUNDS

  1. If you are the one requesting the refund, you will get full compensation until I start the base coloring/shading. Once started, you will only receive half of the amount.

  2. If I refund at any time I will always give back the full amount.

  3. My turnaround time depends on my schedule and to do lists. Please allow at maximum 6 weeks for a commission to be completed. Some can be done in 1 day while others will take longer due to their complexity.

  4. Tips are non-refundable no matter the circumstance.

ART PROCESS

  1. Please allow up to at least 6 weeks for project completion. Some projects vary on time depending on complexity. Some may be done within a day, others can take up to 6 weeks or longer.

  2. A sketch will be sent to you to verify that the project is what you are expecting and if any corrections are needed.

  3. After the sketch is approved, I will send the completed linework as a double verification. If any changes are needed in the linework, please refer to #4 in the beginning of this TOS page.

  4. After linework is approved, flats will be put on and send for a final verification. There will be extra costs if changes are needed at this point.

  5. After final approval, I will move on to finish the piece if it was to be rendered.
